What we mean is, you are doing real experiments. Your conclusions will depend on your data and your hypothesis. Therefore there is no predetermined right or wrong answer. There is nothing wrong with a hypothesis that turns out to be wrong.
What makes your report "wrong" is when you interpret your results incorrectly or show that you are not aware of something that you should be.
Answering the main question in this investigation using only one type of organism or only one temperature will not result in a strong report typically.

What was the point of the pre-lab? There must be a reason that you were asked to calculate and compare rates and factor in the weights of the organisms. Do an elephant and a mouse have the same metabolic rate?
Which one has the higher overall rate? Which one has the higher overall rate on a per gram basis? Might this have something to do with Lab 2? Which eats more on a per gram basis?
All the labels and directions for this lab identify temperatures in Centigrade and these are the units you should use in your report. If you do not regularly use this scale, you probably don't have a good idea of how hot or cold some of those temperatures are. Your body temperature is 37OC.
